Neoflex series floor-hardeners are a combination of hard, finely graded aggregates, cement and proprietary additives. Neoflex series floor-hardeners are the most economical approach to getting abrasion-resistant, hard-wearing, dense concrete floor Neoflex series floor-hardeners Neoflex Q&C are suitable both for outdoor as well as indoor use, because of its non-rusting characteristics. Neoflex series floor-hardeners are to be used only when new floors are being cast.
Neoflex series floor-hardeners are available in three types based on the type of aggregates used:
Neoflex-Q : Quartz based
Neoflex-C : Carborundum based
Neoflex-S : Steel based
They exhibit different abrasion resistances as shown in the figure:

Neoflex Series floor-hardeners have the following unique characteristics:
- Hardens and densifies concrete in one economical operation.
- Wear resistant-use of hard and properly graded aggregates increases the wear resistant over plain concrete floors.
- Can be used in conjunction with vacuum- de-watered (Tremix) concrete at maximum of 5 kg/m2 spread rate.
- Non-rusting materials (Neoflex Q & C) make it possible to use in outdoors as well as indoors.
