Industrial Polyurethane Flooring System Neoflor PUF Neoflor PUF flooring system is state-of-the-art Polyurethane self-leveling flooring system, developed exclusively for the Indian tropical climate. Neoflor PUF provides a joint-less, seamless, chemical resistant flooring system. Fortified with special additives, Neoflor PUF exhibits superior properties such as crack bridging, elongation, impact resistance, abrasion resistance and other mechanical properties. The glossy, aesthetic surface of Neoflor PUF makes it an ideal system for a variety of industries such as pharmaceuticals, electronic as well as engineering industries. Neoflor PUF uses a combination of Polyols and cross-linked with suitable curing agents so as to provide colour stability, optimum flexibility, scratch resistance, gloss retention and chemical resistance. Neoflor PUF is formulated to provide a very good pot life to enable easy and joint-free apllication. Neoflor PUF is available in 36 pleasing shades which are widely used in the industry. Additional colour shades are available on request. Neocrete can also suggest suitable colour combinations for aisle-ways and assembly areas, if so desired. Neoflor PUF, in our tests have exhibited better abrasion resistance than typical epoxy floorings available in the market. The tests have been carried out by Taber abrasion test with CS-17 disc for 1000 revolutions and Neoflor PUF has shown 30 mg loss while other epoxy flooring systems have shown around 90 to 100 mg loss. Neoflor PUF, besides abrasion resistance , also exhibited better impact resistance than typical epoxy floorings available in the market. The tests have been carried out by direct impact test as per ASTM D-2794 and Neoflor PUF has shown 2.5 Nm as against other epoxy flooring systems have shown around 1.7 Nm only i.e 47% higher impact resistance. Neoflor PUF, besides abrasion resistance , also exhibited better impact resistance than typical epoxy floorings available in the market.
